Publisher’s printed wrappers. - Lots 1-118 are property of the bookseller Sir Tobias Rodgers (1940-1997), many with the distinctive shelf-mark of the Cullen House Library. Offered as “The Property of a Gentleman” was John Donne’s copy of Joannes Creccelius, Collectanea ex historiis (1614), formerly in the J.H.P. Pafford collection (Keynes, Books from Donne’s library, p.267 and 273). ¶ Unmarked copy. No Price list.
