Manney’s set of four Shakespeare folios (ex-The Garden Ltd, Sotheby’s New York, 9 November 1989, lot 100) was bought in at $1,200,000 (it passed subsequently through several hands, until sold in 1995 to Stuart Rose, Springboro, Ohio). ¶ Unmarked copy.
