Publisher’s printed wrappers. - Includes (lot 17) an album of fifty-five drawings after the antique, apparently gathered by Paul-Hippolyte de Beauvilliers, Duc de Saint-Aignan, in Rome in 1732. The first thirty sheets in the album were drawn c. 1560-1584 by an unidentified draughtsman in the circle of Federico Zuccaro, and document reliefs in the Della Valle–Capranica collection. ¶ Annotated copy, partly priced.
