Also sold were four exceptional 16th century heraldic gouaches, probably from Nuremberg (lots 37-38, 40-41); and a fine group of architectural drawings from a French private collection (lots 231-242). Lots 93-147 are frames. Named consignors include Trustees of the Will of George Howard, Baron Howard of Henderskelfe, JP (1920-1984); Heirs of Professor I.
