It “is a very useful working instrument, and one would like to possess a similar one for more sixteenth-century engravers. The illustrations cover all the certain works by Bos and some of the more doubtful attributions” (from a review by Carl Van de Velde, in The Burlington Magazine, volume 109, July 1967, pp.422-423). ¶ Dust jacket rubbed, small defects; otherwise a very good, unmarked copy.
