There were seventy-five works in the exhibition, including sixty-one prints by Marcantonio, nine by his closest followers, Marco Dente da Ravenna, and Agostino Veneziano, three copies, and one preparatory drawing, all drawn from collections in the United States, and all reproduced in the catalogue. Essays by Shoemaker (Marcantonio and his sources: a survey of his style and engraving technique) and by Broun (The Portable Raphael).
