Each illustration or title-page is described in detail, reproduced, and accompanied by a resumé of the contents of the volume it illustrates. An appendix lists all the books published by the Plantin Press in the design of which Rubens had a hand. ¶ Short tear (1 cm) in each dust jacket. Lacking publisher’s plain card slipcase.
