The drawings are organised in five sections: drawings for ornament; drawings for the decorative arts (with subdivisions for walls, ceilings, fireplaces, furniture, clocks, metalwork, glass, textiles, carriages, and ships); drawings for architecture, gardens, and fountains; drawings for theatre and events; and drawings for sculpture, machines, and miscellaneous. Within each categories, the drawings are organised by country of origin. ¶ Edition limited to 1000 numbered copies (this is 896). Edges of slipcase rubbed; otherwise an excellent, unmarked copy.
