Uniform publisher’s blue cloth. - This catalogue of the architectural and decorative prints in the Kunstbibliothek, Berlin, largely compiled by Jessen, and published under the editorship of Arthur Lotz, in 1936-1939, has “long been the Bible of all students working in the field… an essential tool for scholarship” (Anthony Blunt, in The Burlington Magazine, volume 121, 1979, pp.45-46). ¶ Bindings faded, rubbed and lightly stained. Minimal traces of use and no marks of ownership.
